Dude call magic gathering wizard of coast or w.e. I got locked too for the 900+ tixs I got within 30 minutes of creating the account on that program but after calling and explaining to them why I got so much and traded nothing in game but Forum gold from d2jsp. I got instantly unlocked with a proof of drivers license if you don't want to wait josh the account manager is quiet polite and quick with his service
