hell it wouldn't even shock me if mtgo made an account them selfs to trap people.
just like mods here monitor other sites that encourage breaking of this forums rules.

They have d2j accounts and creep on mtgo and bnp

Since these are the 2 places where all the fraud comes from

They have been creeping for at least the last year

Creeping and actively shutting down everyone is different.
I'm not saying they ain't here but I mean they COULD pose as people for the sole purpose of lining up trades to close peoples accounts
and I'm not talking about the defrauders either. Since they deemed it illegal they could do it to "try" and deter trading all together.
