Just to add my little bit of knowledge into this.
This happened to me in July of 2016, I still have the emails and then it moved on to phone calls.
I spent multiple 20-30 min periods on the phone speaking sense to these people, they go back and forth on policies worse than women on date night.
Dog is right, they don't watch your convos in game as much as they watch JSP itself. They watch for trades going down that correspond with the numbers of tix posted then traded in game, they will watch you for a few trades, over days weeks or months then message you and assume their right and in the end of the day, they CAN ban you for no reason, it's in the TOS.
ONLY advice I have is to not list how many tickets you have and PM as much as possible. Make multiple transactions that add up to total number. Etc etc
In the end I got fucked then they unbanned me and permitted me to continue trading, it looks like they're once again going back to changing policies.
Good luck! Sorry to hear it happened to you Dom, hope losses were minimal.
well yeh, or do anything that concern amounts via pms, and have a different mtgo username than your d2jsp name... then what can they do???
also whats the big deal with people chargingback after buying tix?? i mean wtf? cant they get sued or someshit if they do thousands of dollars frauds??? the only time i charged back something was a subscription on twitch because the dude i subed to got banned lmao
