Unfortunately the email you received is accurate. Repeated fraud coming from the site has caused the folks above me to determine we must ban the behavior entirely. We appreciate your efforts in trying to keep the system clean, however even your account ended up facilitating fraud from several users, and those who were less vigilant lead to even more damage. As far as other users are concerned, this is indeed a blanket policy. Some users may have not gotten an email yet because they have been inactive for a long time, may have the wrong registered email address, or simply just haven't gotten it yet as we started with the most prolific traders. While I cannot discuss actions taken against other users, I can assure you that you are not being singled out.
