When your account is temporarily disabled for whatever reason, it is best to be upfront with MTGO and give them all the details of whatever trades / purchases you have been involved in recently.

Be proactive, contact them and inquire as to why you have been suspended / trade-locked, and cooperate with them during their investigation. This will lead to the quickest resolution of your issue.

Friendly tip: always trade only with people you trust, or whose reputation you can respect

2 types of lock,

#1 -> account lock (cannot log in)

#2 -> trade lock (you cannot initiate trades, you cannot see trade requests made towards your account)

* the 2nd lock is less severe but leaves you unable to trade in any manner; they are both temporary if you can resolve the issue that brought about the lock in the 1st place
