I ordered the Brother's War old-border commander decks (for the old-border pauper staples, commander is gay).

All the cards feel fake. Thicker and stiffer than normal, and extra glossy. Must be a new printing subcontractor.

yeah this put me off soemtimes as well.
I have this foil damnation with the harpy art, which was probably printed in JP.
The foil is almost unnoticable on that card..
