This is actually a really good idea.
Fraud would probably catch up within 7 days I'd imagine (more like 48hours but 7 days is probably safest).
I'd imagine the trading process to go as such:
1. Agree to buy tix of X amount
2. Meet in game and show X amount
3. Wait 7 days
4. Complete trade
