Nope. Unfortunately there's not.
Just have to trust that person basically.

All things involve risk. Buying Tix is against ToS so there's always a chance you get fucked. I'd buy one moderate transaction once, play a bunch and do another down the road.

That’s true to some extent. But that can pretty much be eliminated here when trading in game items and using a moderator. I just don’t yet see a situation where buying tickets here can be safe after any amount of time.

I could buy small amounts maybe 200 tix every 2 weeks from the same guy or others. There wouldn’t be anything preventing that person from issuing a chargeback in 6 months. Can’t chargeback rsgp, or in game items :/

What chargebacks? I assume you are using FG to get said tix.

Right… the person I buy tix from could charge back indefinitely to get my FG, and the money spent on tix back.

What are you talking about? You give me 5k FG, I give you 5 tickets. Now you have tickets and I have your FG...how am I charging you back? This isn't retail.

People buy tickets in MTGO, Al then sell them here for FG. Once they have the FG they can claim a chargeback in the tickets saying it was fraud. Then they get their money back from WOTC that they spent on tickets, and WOTC looks at me who spent the tickets and say. “You didn’t get those fraudulent tickets legitimately… so now you’re banned. Or you give us back those tickets.”
