I was wondering the same thing, I asked on reddit why vendors are allowed to sell tickets despite the eula says it's illegal.
Maybe there's just that many shit lords on jsp that majority that sell on here are just charging back their credit cards after selling and on non fraud 3rd party trading they let it slide or some shit.
