Grand Charm 14 all res - N offers

Level service:
I have good encher for super fast levels
also have level 89 almost 90 pala tricked out for rush or anything else in game

Encher:
Also offer ench 1 fg per game.

Thank you ghost and I didnt know you had to have trusted tage to make level service.

Thats why i got a warning too...
I knewed, that you may not offer a lvl-service, without trusted tag, but i didnt knew, that the personal-blog in personal-profile creates a thread with the content of this personal blog.
Then i got this 10% warning, because i "offered" lvl-service :-(
You can offer lvl-service in a thread, where anyone searches one, but you may not open a "offer-thread".
