decent mods, but id prefer shako over that anyday...

maybe if enigma didnt exist..

I think it is not bad:
1.To posion nero,If have this tiara,then may not enigma use eramble;
2.Compare shako,it have few life and few mana,but it have 16res,In hc,res is so importance;
3.It have 15dex,all my char are block 75,the 15dex is very useful;
4.It is more beautiful than shako when nero use
