OK, this is how I decided about DL and FT:
Long DL (01.01.06): 9 HRs
Short DL (48 Hours): 11 HRs
Very Short DL (12 Hours): 13 HRs
FT: 15 HRs
Every non-FT offer that comes half an hour before the DL ends, makes the DL 1 hour longer.
I prefer JAH BR OHM LO, 10 of those are better than 8 of those and 2 SUR or CHAM.

I keep myself the option to change the FT if DL offers are getting higher and higher.
Once FT is offered and it is the actual FT (as now 15 HRs), you won the auction.
