i explain it to you :
the reputation of the guild was "destroyed" and therefor we ( lollsen , vic , the co-leader and me mainly ) wanted to
change something by cleaning the guild (kicking members and so on ..)
we wanted to make a meeting but the meeting never took place..
then lollsen told me that he would love to have a higher rank and ive told him to pm vic because i was sure he would get one
since he was a respected member and he deserved not to be the last in the priv rank list..
well , he didnt get it although it was a thing which takes like 10secs..

and vic never told me he had much real life issues , im not god who knows everything..
he could have explained it to me in pms.. would have been no prob..
