i'm just chillin started hitting the gym trying to get jacked so far i think i'm making some good progress
its been like 4-5 weeks now and i was benching 95 now i can bench 110, muscles feel tighter and and stronger too
i just had like 5 eggs and a tall ass glass of milk likes 50 grams of protein lmao
about to do some push ups and crunchs and then ima take a shower
my friend says he thinks im gona turn into a meat head lmao, i don't think so i just wana be cut and strong.
