yeah, i understand where you're coming from. but seeing the damage it does to the body and the pain it causes is nothing like reading about the effects of the illness. In all my life, the only time I have seen such suffering in a family member is when my dad had his heart attack/open heart surgery and had to be bedridden for 6 months.
And when you see shit like what I'm seeing, you get scared someone is gonna die.
But I realy appreciate your support, and I have never been much for praying, but now is where I start.

be there for your loved ones, much rather than pray for them - but you figured that already i guess
all you can do is hope for the best, and dont let it get you down and depressed. that might affect those around you, its the optimism that keeps people going for the good - i know its hard, but in my eyes a different view on even the worst times in live can help a lot
