the 'guide' for it

i'd just have everyone in the guild put something in their signature stating we are recruiting prolly the easiest way with how much everyone posts on the forums and then have a link to our guild charter like this Click here

I also edited the guild charter for people to pm Joka for questions or comments so that should help if u guys need anything else feel free to pm me so i make sure and check guild chat =D
