He doesn't know shit for jack about anything mechanical so when some guy comes in to get a new pump/advice on how to replace it (something I do weekly and know like the back of my hand how to explain it even without looking at a pump) he barges into the convo and starts talking out his ass about shit that makes no sense and isn't even true. Then when the guy calls him out on it he tried going "oh well Chris is our tech he can tell you more" so I'm raged at the audacity he has and I "calm down" and I'm like
"nah you got it Scott" and walked out leaving him to fumble his way through an explanation for 10 minutes before I come back in, and explain to the guy in 30 seconds everything he needs, pricing, availability, and how to do it step by step.
