especially since the guy went on vacation for two weeks and asked me and the current GM to email him each day with updates/overviews of the day in business and the current GM didn't email him but twice and said nothing but "we're doing good"

and has now had 3+ weeks to get the finances I got in 2 days in order and still hasn't
