Hello everyone. Well in approximately 2 weeks I will be a home owner of the home I am renting right now. I have had alot of trouble getting to this point but now I am at all the legal parts and all the dang costs. Wish me luck because I am a nervous freaking wreak!!! Last time I was at this part became my worst nightmare that I am still living out because the lady actually had a legitimate business but was using it to scam people out of their money. She accepted money for the entire purchases of homes and never gave the homes. She accepted down payments on homes and never did anything but take the money (like mine) and now it is riding in court and has been there for over 2 years. So yeah I am a freaking wreck!!! Pray for me if you pray and if you don't just hope me the best.
