Ladder Slashers of COT,

I would like to start slashing! So I made my account, got my Barb choosen, and have NO IDEA what to do now. I tried to go in the cave but it wouldn't let me. I tried to go to town, but I didn't know what to do.

So basically, I'm asking if anyone would like to teach me how to play Ladder Slasher
