well. heres how a welch goes down

2 players ( 2 d2jsp users) agree to play a A/i or a H/U ( all in or heads up ). and when a player wins he or she should send the amount of FG they agreed to play for. for example, 100 fg, 5k fg, or even 50k fg.
in this case warsem lost the game, and didnt send the fg to the winner. and thats what a welch is
