I agree wholeheartedly with you. The biggest problem with JSP is, that the community is so closed and new members are generally frowned upon. Ultimately this can't be avoided due to the massive flood of multis. Because of this any help for the newcomers is in order. What I would like to add to your suggestion though, are links to the foreign-language subforums.
