I messed up his inventory settings, so he sold his torch and anni, then couldn't wear the gear

I have no idea how the merc lost his gear... that one doesn't even make sense.

fana gives me 20? + if my base weapon is 20 , it would make 40, so i would need to get 45 ias from somewhere else?
