i keep getting Cannot Connect to Battle Net msg..

the one where it access my acc

been like this for couple days now

whats wierd is..only happens when i try to connect with "dlink" (neighbors)
when i try with NETGEAR (nieghbors..cuz im restricted form my own ) it comes up fine..but i get NO internet =/
