hmmm...just got some good news. got unpaid item strike on a non d2 related site, where i purchased an item awhile back. i paid. they refunded. sent me e-mail saying they were out of stock and would no longer carry that item. 3 weeks go by and i get an open dispute e-mailed to me stating that i didn't pay for the item. i refuted the claim. been almost a month and tonight come home to find out they issued me an unpaid item strike. needless to say......war is declared

WOW! That is horrible. I hope you work all this out and get some sort of compromise. Think you got scammed by this site you bought from?

it's a seller on a big name site. i responded to unpaid item claim telling them to check their records and get the matter corrected. they never replied......until today. i disputed the strike and posted paypal info on transaction which clearly states that payment was made and then refunded. the unpaid item strike is nothing but a tarnish on my name......nothing else consequence wise comes with it.......but that is entirely too much considering i am not at fault in the matter. all over 15 dollar purchase to boot

Ya, that item strike should be retracted. Thats a credit bump on you for nothing you did wrong which is totally garbage. I hope you get it all worked out. I'd be raging if this happened to me. I'm really sorry to hear about this.

thanks Jim for the concern just venting a bit. i'll see this petty little thing through until apologies are made. I'm like that some times

Oddly enough, the item is a rotoduster (battery powered centrifical force dust attracting thing). While i'm dealing with this for close to 2 months now, the damn dust is piling up around here

But yes, I hope you get that straightened out. What a horrible thing to happen when you did nothing wrong. Shame on the seller for not reporting not only the payment... but the refund too!
