The shark, in theory, would have to be at a power level of 25. Adding those together causes a maximum power flux of 55. There is one crucial factor we are missing though... and that would be the spinach. Judging by the concentration and color of the spinach inside the shark's mouth, i would say it is equivalent to that of an anal cream pie. This instantly makes the power level sky rocket to over 9000. The 2 power level difference isn't enough to leave the earth in a stable state, causing it to blow up. But the bear+ shark combo is certainly the victor.
