I've reverted the avatar to the old one for the time being.
I think that a rank fee is perfectly reasonable, I don't see any reason why you or anyone but the person joining should pay for that.
As for participation - what did you have in mind? I know some people were talking about putting together rushing services for the guild etc., but did you have anything else in mind? (Other than spamming the Gchat :lol:)
And I apologize I kind of forgot about the Charter - I was planning on putting something together, I've been really busy (Big presentation this week, work, life etc.) but if you have any ideas I'd be glad to work on it.
I don't suppose you want existing members to pay the fee
