photoshop would be like ridiculous.. i dont know how to make something like that in PS

I do as well.
Pretty much the only way to get it the way I want it is to free hand it.
Whether you use a mouse to free hand or your hand to free hand...
Using premade brushes and images would just ruin the idea of it.

If it's hand drawn a regular size page is fine.
Maybe a bit smaller.

uhh do you want the guy to fill most the page or do you want him to be a bit smaller

I want him to fill almost everything.
I want it focused on him but I want some of the wall showing just enough to make it obvious that he is climbing.
The wings need to be fully visible.
The wings are one of the main points in the picture.

ur gunna be bankrupt by the end of this
