so I told you how he put in like 10 mins of work and brought the owners almost no actual data and didn't even give them the exact deficit we're in, just a "rough idea"( which was $75k off btw.)
So maybe I'm just getting too personal, but if I had someone, within 2 days, bring me a full business proposal, with exact numbers, detailed sales as to what's bringing in how much money, and then my GENERAL MANAGER who runs the store, after being asked to give me the state of the store and 4 days to do so brings me nothing but 2 margin reports and the idea that he thinks we're doing $75k better than my accounting division tells me...I'm probably not going to keep him around.
BUT NOOOO, instead they give him A SECOND CHANCE to bring them the numbers they ALREADY ASKED TO SEE that he didn't provide...and now he has another nearly 10 days until his numbers are due back...
Idfk, but that seems retarded, he already showed how committed he is to bringing the owners the real numbers, how informed he is as to the actual state of the store THAT HE'S IN CHARGE OF, and how professional he is by just bringing in loose papers with handwritten notes. I dunno why they're giving him another chance to bring them the same numbers I already submitted. FUCK I'M RAGED

keep in mind though that he'll most likely fail as hard, if not harder, when he brings them the new numbers
