1 out of 10 = 10%
2 out of 20 = 10%

100% - 10% = 90%

the kicker here, boy, is that you can only say this for about 15-20% of the people on the ladder, and even the kids that are on good terms with you (the select few that there is) would prefer you did not participate because all you do is cause problems and misinterpret the rules.
