u mean pvp ironman or pvm ironman?

pvp = 8 chars lvling till lvl 9 and then fight with all the items u might have found (in hc ofc)
pvm = finishing the game in hardcore without using any items

both is up to the guild to pick

pvm ironman sound like a good idea.
