I am pretty aware of my sexuality, also I ve took a class of psychology which taught me a very interesting thesis: There are different stages to discover your own sexuality - First step on the way to be homosexual is quite often, accusing others or dealing with homosexuality in an exaggerated way, like "pretending to pretend" to be gay .
