Ill help u out m8 - The text is important to notice, and it needs a "clean up" I would definitely go for another font.. Mby u could increase the graphics(the pixels) by making it a .png ? (just noticed that it was .png xD) Hope this help

im not Goss3n.. but i got some critique

Hulks foot looks a bit cut out insted of popout.. there is some black egdes on the foot, try remove them. else i think its pretty cool.. colors work good together..

Edit: like Refout says, make the text more visible.. bigger and cleaner.. imo ill change the font also.. a more fancy 1..
