I think there is no fee as far as i know, its paid out of the guild bank.

when we`ll go bankrupt , then i`ll make a fee for the tourneys , a small one which will go 100% for rewards ... it would be stupid to ask 100 fg fee = 1200fg , and make 75+25 prizes

each one of every group will play 5 games with the other oponents , first to 3
since all the players are pretty active , we can start already so we can finish earlier ^^
afaik , es prebuff is allowed @ europe , but max 8 mana pots allowed

hm that's pretty sucky imo
we could design some own rules for that... i'd like:
es prebuff allowed
manapool also allowed

cos some duels are very long, you can't fight them with 8 manapots, no way
and on ladder usually prebuff is NOT allowed but in nl it is.

Accoriding to the rules jonny posted here, mana pool is allowed as long your opponent agrees.
Prebuff is bm imo as long as you need to go stash, if you carry memory in inv its np imo.
Else its same thing like Prebo, or Prebuff with vnom claws on ww assa.

Ive seen there other hammrs in tour, if its comes to hvh , its pointless duel with 8 pots,.

well i wouldnt have a problem with sorcs who use memory buff from stash
ofc 9 sks / ormus / circ / amu / memory from stash is too much
except they agree i can use hots+grief+exile

... i can`t fight you , i just said es prebuff will be allowed , if the other players don`t have anything against that , 16 mana pots will be allowed too

also i`d like to find that europe pvp league regulament where it was said that vs coldsorc / foher you can`t have a res stack higher than 180 ... or assa vs cold/foh = max 120 stacked res , cause fade counts as ~lvl 20 ... ^^ 30 pages down and still couldn`t found it ...

@Franz - for es sorcs , prebuff is kindda a part of the build ... for barbs and assa is just ++ damage / life , it`s different things
