It's tough man, most people wouldn't understand. When I was a teenager I got used to ppl I liked/loved dieing, desensitizied to an extent I became. Talking about her will help, remembering the goodtimes/fun times etc. I feel bad for teh cat too, no way it can understand what happened but having it around will help too.

I think he understands, when she was laying here unable to get up he was laying with her for a while "Cleaning her" and meowing at her to get up. And he has been very clingy to me the last couple days .... and hes not generally a real affectionate cat. OFC His whole purpose was to keep the dog company TBH I never really paid alot of attn to him. I only got him when my ex moved out and took her cat with her and the dog was lost without her kitty
