k i figured out what im going to do lol..my bf % is too high for me to like even though i've been like this my whole life.
i haven't been lifting the last 2 weeks and just eating a bit less and doing the football 2 a days and i've lost like 3-5 pounds lol so yeah ima go on a sorta cut. im not going to start lifting for awhile..ima keep doing this same routine until school, then when school starts ima wake up early before school go to fitness center and run a bit for fasted cardio, then since ill be limited in food while at school, ill lose weight/fat like crazy..well im hoping after that ill start bulking again and lifting..ill prolly get a good bit smaller and definately weaker but i just wanna be around 10% body fat ATM im prolly around 15 Oo
