Skills > Gear but their is line drawn of what gear you can atleast have.
This will be Gm/Bm Bet's
All Members must have a Mic/Vent
GM Dueling rules:
1. No hacks or 3rd party programs of any kind.
2. No healing, except for life replenish from items.
3. A Sorceress using the skill "Energy Sheild" may not use mana potions.
4. No shrines.
5. No mercenaries.
6. As in regards to individual characters and skills provided by their skill tree: No "Slow Missile", "Iron Maiden", "Revive", "Holy Freeze" and "Prayer".
7. As in regards to skills not provided by ones individual skill tree: No "Holy Freeze", "Slow Missile" or curses.
8. You may not exceed 85% resistance in any individual resistances.
9. You may not exceed 75 resistances and wear absorbtion gear at the same time.
11. Only 10x 20/11 and/or 20/5 SC's are allowed.
12. Only one peice of absorbtion or maximum resistance is allowed. That item can have a maximum of 20% absorbtion or 10% maximum resist.
13. Barbarians and Amazons may use two Raven Frost rings against a Blizzard sorceress.
14. Necromancers and Amazons may use Hotspurs against an ES Fire sorceress.
15. No prebuffing.
16. Barbarians may not BO and use an item charge from their switch weapon.
16. Both parties will "Buff" in front of town, then duel.
17. Once both players have initiated a repetition of the set, you may not enter town. That is an instant loss.
18. Duels are first to five.
19. Game must be "Hell" difficulty.
