yes you are

i was oridinary ranked like you were
then eventually Cyba notice my activeness on his guild chat, etc

then he gave me free custom ranks cuz he have like few unused ranks, i was like 6th ranks around that time
then eventually other ppl who was ahead of me quit or went inactive
then finally i was 3rd ranked under Bill
then eventually i joked around about that i should be #2 not #3

ranked 2nd
then i asked for rank name change to Anal Lord
