thats not bad we havent been lifting much tho my varisty team won state 2 timnes htis year and last so the coach is to busy my latest lifts were
220 bench
430 squat
150 military
190 incline
prob 190-200 power cleans
400-430 deadlift
and our squats are box squats not parrel
oh im in canada hah our team won citys though, i got moved up from jr to sr for provincials and was defencive mvp hah
i do like 135 power cleans and 200 some dead lift lol. i just started squats so im not that good at em i do like 135 or 155 now
