ok...p90x is sucky for losing fat and for gaining muscle, but how can someone make a routine and diet for EVERYONE?? what if you're over 200 pounds? then the diet would suck for you..what if you're like under 130 or something then the diet would suck for you...as for the workouts how does he know what works for everyone individually? everything can't work for every1 the same it's a personal thing....it's just a shitty workout thrown together so a faggot could try to make big bucks which has actually work because 90% of america is retarded and knows nothing....getting a gym membership and making your own diet and routine would be > p90x BY FARRRR when it comes to muscle gains AND fat loss even at the same time.
