(not that I wouldnt but there were other circumstances at the time)
Time as in making sure they are going to stick around, there are alot of "Guild Hoppers" out there
effort as in being involved in the guild/ keeping up a Melee Chars. Alot of people try and dont have alot of luck and give up on their Melees. Doesnt mean I will kick them from guild if they're cool ... but they most likely wont get a personal rank
