if you need a little energy boost in the gym the best is caffeine, caffeine pills are good. N.O. products like no-xplode don't really give you any energy in the gym...the purpose of them are to give you a better "pump". And no-xplode sucks though i won't even get into that..there are some good n.o. products for that though.
One good thing is creatine though. It produces ALOT more ATP which is one of the MAJOR energy sources for your muscles...basically with creatine you won't really feel any more energized, just with the increased ATP you will be able to push out an xtra 1-2 reps than normal, which makes it especially good for breaking plateaus. On top of that though, creatine is amazing for increasing muscle recovery by alot.
