Mon: Chest+light tri's
4x8-12 Incline bench
4x8-12 flat bench
4x8-12 incline flys
4x8-12 dips
4x8-12 kickbacks

Tues: Back+light bi's
4x8-12 wide grip pullups
4x8-12 lat pulldowns
4x8-12 one arm db rows
4x8-12 cable rows machine
4x6-8 deadlifts
4x8-12 alternating db curls

Wed: Legs+shoulders
4x6-10 squats
4x8-12 leg press
4x8-12 leg extensions
4x8-12 hamstring curls
4x20 calf raises

4x8-12 seated db press
4 supersets of lateral and frontal raises 8-12 reps
4x8-12 reverse flys
3x8-12 db shrugs
3x8-12 bb shrugs

Thurs: bi's+tri's ( all these exercises are supersetted together bicep with tricep for that many sets and so on)
3x6-10 barbell curls
3x8-12 close grip bench
3x8-12 preacher curls
3x8-12 skull crushers
3x8-12 hammer curls
3x8-12 rope pulldowns
3x8-12 bench dips
