so torn on wich one to get - one of them is 29.99 wich is cheap imo, but is only 40" long, and has a gay sheath


the other one is 72 inches long (6 feet long) few inches shorter then i am - and has a badass looking sheath - but cost 79.99

iso the 72 inch one for 29.99

trueswords.com is about the only place i buy my stuff. dont buy anything without asking me if you dont know what your talking about. ill save you a lot of time, money, and heartache haha. just looking at the links i know which swords your looking at. they are display only. meaning you shouldnt even swing them, let alone hit anything.

i have/had the 80 dollar one. it was very pretty, but i tore it apart for the guard and handle parts. it had a half tang (blade only goes half way through the handle), was glued together, had no pegs, and the steel is horrible. I know what i was getting into though and bought it for the sole purpose of a cheap 1 time beater with aftermath spare parts.

my basic question is, what do you want a sword for. looks, functionality, or both.

i wouldnt be hitting anything with it, just basicly hang it on my wall mabye threaten some freinds with it etc - and i know you cant hit anything with it - the black coat on the blade would come off o.o
