as for a weller .. you dont build a weller to fight untill 55 .. only buy one charm
use heals to lvl .. it helps with Profs so you can stay alive while welling .. and everyone loves a healer ... that is my opinion .. I have a weller just not put any time into getting gear ...

well i want to build one that will easily be able to take out any well monster. just seems like something new for me to try after i climb on my sammy.

what I would do is get a 10 lvl set of gear with heal mastery and mass intell ... daggars or staffs no matter . and robes .. then a set of wild heal charms .. if you cn get enough int.. if not go with regular heals .. then one killer dmg charm for lvl 55 .... 180 ee and up should work ... prolly around 1800-6k depending on what element. climb as a healer and at 65 NOT 55 ... start welling . mass life and mana are a plus on gear also . and physical dmg reduction ... HUGE help .. after that snatch up some mana regen gear and kickit withthe big dogs ..
