btw i think it was cow lvl in alp where u find it but it must drop from normal monster, not boss or other shit^^
and u need like same pgs as for a jmod to cube^^ maybe more or less depends on ur luck xD

this will limit the sufixes and prefixes u get on ur java item bonuses to maximum lvl 60 in witch u get the +3 skill, if ur higher level u also get all the other crap mods u can get from 60-urlevel witch u dont need wasting more pgms then needed
thats the secret of cubing a javalin, its never ben the item level realy, but ofc it gota be high enugh... use item level 99 and it will work
