the SOJ we had in the 08 patch has 100mf comes with it and it was bugged too
and when 09 patch came, the ring just disappeared along with other bugged items which not suppose to exist like we had the 37%mf sc back then and it was bugged too

You mean like the fact that everything you just described was in the 1.09 patch and not the 1.08?
Also the fact that this bow was never socketed with King Jewels..? King Jewels give +1 skills and all res, which bward never had.
BMFSC was also a 1.09 item
SOJ's never had 100mf, but we did have Occy Rings (Occy Soj). The 100mf ring was BCon.
