Its hard to know if someone will get along with guildies if he isnt in the guild for a little while to see how it goes.

We should make a rank in our guild "pending" or something. After a week you are in the guild if everything goes smoothly.

When someone brings someone to the guild thats in the guild and doesn't start problems why would we feel the needs to do a background check...

Well I understand that your mad about him raging in your thread. I would be pissed as shit if someone from the guild did that to me. I would most likely let Killer or Taylor know. They would take care of the situation very well.

Fuck people that don't want to take a heads up from thiefs.

That's what I'm saying.

It's only like 60fg or maybe a little more that I'm out from it, but it's the moral issue and the idea of helping people be aware of these kinds of things.
