your current size is 320x140 pixels max jsp allows is 450x150 so all you can do is adjust the overall size to fit the max height allowed...

save img to your computer, open in paint shop pro or PS, link both horozontal and vertical parameters together, and resize and test to make sure its re-sized properly.. ( within jsp specs ) save as .PNG to keep the CLEAR background behind the hat.. otherwise you end up with ugly white behind it.. :\

its pretty simple.. i think you can do it in paint too.. havnt tried that one yet tho..
