Arcane steel dagger, +2% Glancing Blow, +2 Mana Regen, +1 Magic Luck, +1% Experience Gained, +15 Vitality, +96% Enhanced Effect

Too bad it's level 10 gear, but it's the first item I've ever found with EE over 50
